6. Retention period

• Google Analytics 4: event data is retained for up to 14 months; _ga cookies may last up to 2 years.
• Microsoft Clarity: session recordings are retained for up to 30 days; analytics cookies may persist for up to 1 year.
• Consent cookie: the preference expressed through the banner is stored for 12 months.
• Newsletter data: email addresses are retained for as long as the subscription remains active, or until the user unsubscribes or requests deletion.
